Slow response to resolve my case

Morning.

I an feeling that Scorpion is not doing enough to recoup money from the Merchandise that is refusing to refund money after I returned the goods. How can I wait for an appointment when I am having and urgent matter??? Its festive time but Scorpion is not assisting me with the process of recouping the money from merchandise which is refusing to refund my money.

Can Scorpion allocate me a Lawyer urgently to assist me to recoup the money owed to me by Toyson Motor spares. I send all receipt last week to scorpion and my case number is Case number ***. I cant wait anymore because i need that money to buy Christmas clothes for my kids

On the 27 October 2021 I purchased Toyota Avanza Steering reg in Toyson spares in Pretoria, I was simply given a wrong parts and I returned it a day after and the Spares promised to order a correct a new Parts for me, It took almost 2 weeks waiting period and Spares never gave me a correct Parts as they promised and I subsequently requested a refund from them on the 10 November 2021 which they promised to make payment refund within 2 days. And to date I haven’t received my refund and they are now sending me from pillar to post and avoiding my calls. Can you please immediately help with recouping my money.
