Slow Legal Assistance
Please can I be urgently contacted regarding my claim ***9 that has to date not been allocated to a claims consultant. I pay membership fees on time every month but I am not getting the full benefit of my membership as things move so slowly in your chain of claims. The due date for a claim consultant to be allocated was 20 August and to date no feedback has been received.
