I would like to compliment Tlaleng Mahase for the service she gave to me when I came to Bloemfontein branch. I got to the office very angry and wanted assistant right there and then I did not want to listen to anything she wanted to say to me ...what humbled me was her humbleness she softly calmed me down and at the end of the day I was assisted.

she is an asset to the company even wanted to meet her manger so I can tell him how happy was I with the service. As I was seated there I realised I am not the only client she treats with respect but all clients that walk into the branch they get the same treatment.
