<p>2016 I had a problem with Altech Netstar, they even took my unkown account to ITCBA for judgement. I called unkown accuont because in March I called and informedAltech Netstar and my Insurance Dial Direct that Im planning to trade the car that my son is using with the new model. Both Dial direct and Netstar advised me what I mist do when trade in happens. In April I called Altech Netstar as requested by them that they should meet my son when he is going to leave the old car and take new car at so an so garage as agreed. Dial direct changed information of the going car with de new car pefectly as it was supposed to happen. Altech instead of capturing correct information they created a new account for the going car nd took de old account to de new car. They made as if I now have two differrent accounts with them for differrent registration numbers,they should have cancelled another car instead they creat a new account fr de car that I used to buy a new car with. I trued to explainto their rude nd frustrating accountant but he neva listened. Instead they took me to ICTA. I thought to myself this matter now needs an intervention of Scorpion as their member. My case was handled by Kirthy Maharaj who handled the matter as soon as she gets it. What I like most about Kirthi I neva called her or wonder what was happenibg to my case. She informed me progress on the case every now nd then with emails nd phone call. Always phone call and email. Nd she made sure that she gets hold of me on my phone. To me this matter was resolved before I can think of de outcome. I could not believe my eyes when I read her email that night that I dont owe Altech any more. Kirthi Maharaj really dd her BEST!
