I herewith wish to share my review on Hello Peter as follows:

I recently referred a dispute against former employer to Scorpion Legal Protection and at first spoke to Mr Siphelele Klaas, who opened a file on my name.

On the 20th August 2020 I was phoned by a Durban Branch Scorpion Specialist by the name of Miss Prasanta Naidoo, in order to take the statement from myself. I gave her all the information related to my case and she immediately sent an email to the former employer requesting a response as to when are they going to pay my long overdue Investment. Miss P. Naidoo sent me a copy of the said email on even date and promised to revert back to me when the company responded or on the next diary date (7th September 2020).

The 7th September 2020 arrived and in the afternoon, Miss P. Naidoo sent a follow-up email to the former employer instructing the company to respond urgently as to when are they going to pay my investment. She again forwarded that email to myself so that we are on the same page.

On the 19th September 2020, Miss P. Naidoo sent another email to the former employer, with a Letter of Demand attached, instructing the company to pay what is due to me, and stated clearly on the letter that they have 14(fourteen) days to make the payment. I am happy that after those Board of Directors refused or neglected to respond to the previous emails, Prasanta took another step in giving them that 14 days to pay back what is due to myself.

She also stated clearly in the Letter of Demand that, should they fail to pay until this 14(fourteen) days period is over, Scorpion will send the company Summons without any further notice.

I can conclude that the service by Miss P. Naidoo has been marvellous and she went the extra mile to push those company directors in either giving proper answers or payback what is long overdue to myself. I can't forget the issue of the CIPC certificates recently issued to the company, where it is stated that Annual Return emails were sent to me on the years 2016, 2017 & 2019; something which had never taken place.

From sleepless nights, Miss P. Naidoo came to the rescue to give me a sign of hope that one day, before the end of the year, I can have what is due to me paid back. This hope also made sure that together with my wife and children, we could cope during these frustrating times and it's ALL THANKS TO MISS PRASANTA NAIDOO.

I am very happy about the progress of the case so far and have no reason to regret being a Scorpion member since 2003. I can only hope that being a former employer for Molapong Aquaculture Pty Ltd, that company would realize the importance of paying back my investment.

Keep up the good work Prasanta. May God give you courage and strength going forward.
