Service received at Belville branch really on par

Happy with overall handling of my issue. Have a problem with response time though agent's only get to deal with a specific file every 2 weeks or so I'm told. I have another case pending since November 2019 currently at Durban branch and there seems no end or resolution to it because of delayed response time.
