Service is non existent, communication is but a mere word with no action to this company

This is but the 3rd time Im writing here on the quest to seek assistance. Your customer care department calls to verify information, but thats where it stops. No one keeps the line of communication open, emails dont get responded to and even requesting assistance via whatsapp is but a mere public gimmick. My claim is going on for 3 months, and its really frustrating as these are services we pay for, but not receiving any service in return. I will continue to write these reviews until I get the service we pay for. I will also broaden my reach and start writing these reviews on different social media platforms.
