Service from Scorpion legal protection
I’ve been a member of Scorpion for 3 years. I recently needed their assistance with a work related matter and they responded quickly and efficiently. They allocated a lawyer for me and followed up on the process after referring my case to the CCMA. They are efficient, so I would definitely recommend them.

10 Sept 2020, 20:24Turns out the above review came out prematurely, it is now 4 months later and my issue still hasn't been solved with my former employer at the CCMA. I was unfairly dismissed and I am still unemployed. I am not happy about how my case was handled, I am more disappointed by the Scorpion consultant that blames me for missing my appointment at the CCMA arbitration, my case got dismissed on the 14/08/2020 without me even having any sort of knowledge about attending on that date.
I have been patient with the process for the past four months only to be let down in the eleventh hour, both the Scorpion consultant and the lawyer failed to inform me about my arbitration meeting. I am struggling to find someone from Scorpion that can clarify matters for me, I do not know where I stand with anything
