Scorpion's Pathetic Outsourced lawyers working as if they are doing Community Service and Scorpion clearly has no Authority against them. Scorpion postman is useless not doing thier job. .

If I could give them a - negative rating, I would for a deceiving marketing strategy. Any - one who is considering joining scorpion or those who already members, please don't wait until you have an unfortunate incident and for them to run for thier rescue because they DON'T HAVE LEGAL LAWYERS. How ironic right? Should your claim require a Case, you will be thrown with an egg on your face when you realize that they actually externally outsource independent legal firms.

The market is usually very low - average income earners who are mostly thinking thier protected and entrust in Scorpion with thier legal matters.

That is why I am back again here to help my Mother who is a pentioner and of the victim of her former employer, DURBAN CITY PANEL BEATERS who has short paid and down played her no of years she worked for this company and which was manipulated to short pay her provident fund.

Now this was when initially I had to log a complain in the same platform to pick up this case from the ground and we were eventually re-directed to an independent law firm to our surprise who seems to be outsourced by Scorpion.

Fast forward 3+ years later, we have since been going around in circles with the legal firm who is registered as HAJRA PATEL INCORPORATED who we were left to deal with on our own as inclusive to the delayed case was thier lack of communication and which required continuous follow ups like an endless loop and which would have also cost my Mother (pensioner) if it was not for me and the back and forth emails which to date has yield to nothing.

Their lawyers are resigning on top of that and twe have been dealing with the Attorney and Candidate attorney who both resigned. Now all of a sudden the case gets handed to a Candidate Attorney who is not different to an intern. Besides that, we continue to still have hope in making sure that the hand over was done and the proceedings which incl third parties info and docs to build our case for trail.

Scorpion's assistance by the name of Nombuso Noxolo does not any background of the case, does not verify nor questions the Attorney's incompetence. The Candidate Attorney's name is Silindokuhle and he has been AWOL for months and absent from the case, has refused to contact my Mother in the current position of the case and neither does the legal firm takes Scorpion or Nombuso seriously.

Why is it that we are left to deal with this matter on our own? Where is Scorpion in the picture? Where is the level of authority as the relationship between them and the communication on the case updates should be driven by Scorpion and not me?!

The reason why I got involved is because of the struggle that majority of the complains have in common here which is communication. You guys and your rent a lawyer firms suck in it!

As we speak, thier lawyers have decided to request for a pre - trail date without neither consulting it with my mother and after months of us running after them to get an update of the case proceeding and Silindokuhle candidate trainee attorney continuesly dismiss our concerns of his lack of transparency and lack of communication with the policy holder.

We had had even requested for help from the privacy legal firms directors because this case has been over years with them and with the lawyers resigned when the case was in the discovery stage.

Scorpion and Lady they assigned who seem to be an over viewer who is peeking outside a window from a distance is proven to be useless.

This case is almost clicking 5 years and the least we wanted to be faced with is the dilemma of having to deal with an independent law firm who acts as if they are doing community service for scorpion and indirectly inconviencing their clients. They have no Form of respect or dignity for Scorpion and they continue to be dismissal irrespective of us handing the compliants to the directors about the assigned Trainee or intern Attorney Silindokuhle who acts as if he is doing all of us a favor. Does Scorpion pay these sourced legal firms? We do not know the terms of agreements between them and this behavior can never be justified.

As we speak, they have decided to request for a pre trail with jo form of consultation or communication to my Mother even after we have many times requested this from him. Signing an affividit and accepting the risk of going forward with the case which includes all the evidence required to present the case which didn't even happen. Suddenly we get a forwarded an email from email indicating that the firm has requested for a pre - trail date and engaged with the defendants without even involving nor communicated this to my Mother.

Scorpion just forwarded the email to us without even questioning this, the lady seem to be a post man too and is also not helping, as she is aware of all our comms incl the fact that no body has contacted my Mother giving a transparent update of the case and proceedings thereof.

I do not work for Scorpion, why is this lady not using her brains and common sense? Why does she not use her authority to question this? So she and the lawyers will blindly take my Mother's case with or without her consent and no communication about her own case filrterd to her for months and the next thing we wake to an email awaiting for a trail date??

What a joke, we the Scorpion lady, Nombuso from Scorpion has clearly accepted the risk on my Mother's behalf on going forward with the case irrespective of following procedures in place for pre - trail dates.

How do they decide and oblige to this without consulting with my Mother? Did scorpion obsorb all the documentation and evidence required for a pre trail from all the 3rd parties? Are they in recipiet of all the evidence to prove the claims which my Mother was clearly not furnished with?

Nobody conducted a consult with her in prep for it yet a pre trail date which they decided in their own times have proceeded to request for a pre trail date. I am writing this so that every one else is aware of it your Scorpion relevant departments!!
