Scorpions
My name is Vuyisile Kibi, ID # ***, i reside at 96 Mdani Street, Zwide, Port Elizabeth. <br> i was unfairly dismissed from my work at PE Golf Club on the 8 March 2013. i was first suspended from Jan till March. In Feb 2013 I called Scorpion and a lawyer was assiged to me. Two months passed without this lawyer communicating with me. i reported my concerns at the office, and they promised to assign a different lawyer to me. i waited for two months, untill i went to the labour court without a legal representative. the case was resolved at the labour court, and the rulling was that i was unfairly dismissed. i had to go back and seek representation from the UNION. after the resolution at the labour court, the employer app**** for an appeal. <br> i went back to the scorpions and after several calls to and from their offices, i was later told that they cannot represent me because the labour court has already passed judgement. <br> <br> i have been paying the scorpions since March 2011. ***.
