Scorpion, you wouldn't get an actual lawyer.

I have been a member of Scorpion a few years and have had 2 only cases referred to them this far. The first was an eviction case with ******* occupants. This case is really soooo disappointing and frustrating, cause when the case needed to go to court, they told me that unfortunately the policy document doesn't cover expenses for a lawyer, and that I needed to appoint a private lawyer. So now, why do I still have to pay you every month?? No, the money is not a lot p/m, yet it is my hard-earned money that I have paid you over a few years already. So, in such, I do not get a lawyer from just X amount of money… I get nothing really, (only legal advice over the phone and letters) cause when I needed an actual lawyer in this instance I had to stand alone with no lawyer. Really poor service. They leave you at wits end, and by the end of the day you have to pay thousands to a private lawyer even if you are their member. Let’s see how far the second case will go without them telling me the same old story!!!!
