scorpion sucks

<p>I am so disappointed in the level of service that my father received when he went to your branches for assistance. You are supposed to be helping people however you send them around for God knows what. I came to your offices with my father on Wednesday in regards to his car that was taken by a mechanic to fix it however he ended up strapping the car and selling it. My father wants his car back and when we arrived at Scorpion we were assigned to this African lady. We told her our problem and she asked us to bring a few documents, on Friday my father went with the documents upon arrival he was told there was one document missing. Now today which is a Monday he went back with all the documents only to be told that you don't deal with such cases and he was told to go to this other office in bellville,when he arrived in those offices he was told he needed to go to Athlone offices (like really, that's a lot of ******* ). As my father really wants his car he decides to go to Athlone and they told him they were closed he needs to come back tomorrow. What's the point of us paying for this when we don't even receive the service we paying for. In my entire existence I've never seen such incompetence especially from a big company as yourselves. I'd really like this to be resolved or il be terminating my contract with you.</p>
