Scorpion only good for small, petty cases

I have realised Scorpion is only able to handle small, petty disputes not big stuff like taking on COJ. Would have been nice of them informing clients before signing them up. I had to sort my COJ bill out myself, had to go to the offices. Can't understand why I completed the Power of Attorney when I am doing all the work myself. Completed the form for the Ombudsman but it was never sent, Guess I will have to send it myself. My question being what am I paying Scorpion for again.
