Scorpion not helping me with my matters

Scorpion did not represent me when i requested their assistance. I missed 2 months payment with the Body corperate and their lawyers sent me summons without any demand letter, I asked scorpion to defend my case and even until today i'm ignored. I made several followups with calls, whatsup and emails but i'm still not getting assistance.
