Scorpion Legal Services is advertised as legal services; however following registration to subscribe to the service I was sent a policy document

The document stated that I had signed up for Accidental Death Cover and Accidental Death Benefit and am registered for short term policy related to this.

I had no idea this was the case as I was misled by the saleswoman who ******* me into signing up to the policy. This is both ***** and grievous violation of the POPI Act.

Furthermore the phone shared trace to another legal service and not theirs. They are not a legal service provider, they are a registered intermediary for Hollard who is a short-term and life insurance provider.
