Scorpion legal protection unable to assist but take money every month

I gave my case to Scorpion 06/06/2024 and they got no where with my case. when i spoke tot them last time they wanted me to open anoher case for the same case just to get my vet report from my vet. i still heard nothing from them. they are quick to take your money every month but cant help you that quick. ive discribe my whole situation on email but when they phone me they dont know what is going on in my case. and apparntly they can only assist me with my case from their office and not in court as i am suing someone for neglegence and injuries. they dont send emails back as i prefer emails as you cant hear what they speak over the phone and you cant say yes or no to something you have no idea what they talking about. as i say they have no clue or what so ever. would be better if they can give me a laywer to handle my case.
