scorpion legal protection - refusing to help me on unfair dismissal case
<p>I am not happy with scorpion legal protection. the person who's handling my case at scorpion is Jimmy Sekgobela, he told me they can't help me I should look for a lawyer. he promised to send me documents 2 days ago till today he's failing to send me the document yesterday I've send him the email reminding him to send the document as promise but he just ignoring me. I'm paying my policy premuin and I've added my other people on my policy. but when I need thier service they tilling me to look for a lawyer they can't help me.</p>

We confirm that Ms Prenitha Chetty and Thavamanie Naidoo our Labour Claims Department have contacted you regarding this complaint and that they have discussed this with you in full detail.
We confirm further that Jarvis Jacobs Attorneys were appointed by Scorpion to represent your wife in her labour case herein and that both your wife and the attorney have confirmed that your wife’s case was referred to the CCMA where it was heard both on Conciliation and Arbitration. Further that on both instances, your wife was duly represented by an attorney from the above firm.
As discussed, a CCMA Commissioner ruled that your wife’s dismissal was both procedurally and substantively fair and therefore dismissed her case. We have sought an opinion from your attorney who also advised both your wife and ourselves that there are no prospects of success with a review application in this matter.
It is therefore in the light of the above that we advised you that we will not be providing further legal cover in this matter.
