Scorpion Legal protection not usefull or lazzy lawyers

<p>I asked scorpion to hel me with insurance claim last year. but all they did was to keep sending me sms to say thay are still trying to contact insurance company and waiting response. but when I contacted standard bank I could get through but they couldnt. i ended up fixing my car at my own costs.</p> <p> </p> <p>this year again, i asked scopion to help me cancel the contract with MTN because they are debiting me for a device they have nit delivered. same story, they keep sending me sms that they are contacting MTN and waiting for response. another thing that they said is they are based in durban so they cant go to the store or head office. Isnt Scorpion national?</p> <p> </p> <p>Is this the way they do business. They send sms till you give up. When they ardvertise on TV they say they will sort out your matter within few days, yet a week or two can go by without them contacting me.</p> <p> </p> <p>is this the way scopion conduct business or lawyer not doing what they are paid to do?</p>
