Scorpion Legal Protection' Mr Ramollo

I regret trusting Scorpion legal protection. There is a Mr Ramollo, senior legal advisor or something who told me straight, not once that if he doesn't like, he will not get me legal assistance. And that he gives go-ahead to all legal matters. I would like to challenge him in showing me where in the contract does it state that I can not be covered for a matter that arose 3 months after I have been a member? What's worse is I have been calling him for 2 weeks. He promises to get back to me then he doesn't. Yesterday I lost it and started screaming at his ear and he threatened me by saying, "You know if you continue I will not cover this" WHO THE HELL IS THIS GUY MARA?? Playing with peoples lives when they are in need?? NO!!! Please, Someone must check this person please!!!
