Scorpion Legal Protection Fails A Client Twice And Will Not Respond To Queries

I have had 2 negative experiences recently, after years of recommending the company to practically everyone I know/met. To make it worse, phone calls requesting to talk to the head of the organisation, a department head, or even a manager were completely ignored. Unfortunately, the one negative experience has cost me at least R 20 000.00. This was due to the Agent not reading my brief, not getting up to date with the status of the issue, and letting deadlines pass without being aware of them or at the last minute. This Agent refused to defend me at the time and then refused to communicate with me. I have to date not heard from her, despite my calls and emails requesting this. The other negative experience was in November 2025 with the Agent who was assisting with the eviction of family members. This kind of situation is always complex and fraught with emotion and stress and the Agent simply stopped assisting and refused to respond then and still has not responded. This is really unpleasant for me because, as I said, I have always been more than happy with the service and have recommended them far and wide.
