Scorpion legal protection

I blame that I join you guys your customer service is really bad I tried to on Tuesday I spoke to the coloured guys even they way he was talking me I was not impressed I told him that I don't have enough airtime after he took my details and was finished while still talking to him him he ddnt get back to me I tried calling the call center again and there not answering since from Tuesday until today. So today I call the roodepoort brach I ask the lady to help she told that she transfer my call to the agent that I was busy calling the whole week coz the you hold 20mnt no response. I call the aging asking her if I can leave my details so that they can call me back she told that they don't they don't call people back you need to stay on the line until the answer I'm not rich I don't have enough airtime to hold on the line so long what kind of businesses that they don't call back there client. Wow I'm not impressed
