SCORPION LEGAL: Offers, i.e. an extremely slow, cumbersome, frustrating claims process and poor service!.

I've submitted a claim a few months ago. SCORPION LEGAL'S processes and service are, i.e. poor, slow, cumbersome and very frustrating. Internal 'legal' staff are unqualified to deal appropriately with my claim / case. I've requested them to refer my case to a recommended, able and qualified external Attorney. Management don't answer my e-mails or calls on a direct basis. I've also twice submitted complaints i.t.o correct protocol which they don't properly address. I've also demanded to consult with / speak to a senior member (i.e. GM, CEO) but they ignore my requests. Therefore, the only conclusion I can come to unfortunately is that Scorpion Legal is an ************ operator in the legal insurance space doing everything in their power to avade their service agreement with and obligations to their client i.t.o the legal insurance policy.
