Scorpion Legal not living to their promises

I am having a debt related case with one major bank where I received a call from the sheriff informing me that he is at my door to attach my belongings. He informed me that the next step is for the bank's lawyers to garnish my salary. He said I must call my lawyers so that they communicate with the bank's lawyers which I did immediately. Scorpions rep called me and took the details and informed me that the bank's lawyers have moved a number of steps ahead meaning that they have to act promptly. She asked for me to send some documents which I did before the end of the day. There was no feedback for a couple of days until I called them. In short its more than a month now with no action no feedback from my lawyers. I have also read reviews from other clients and I so wish I read them before but unfortunately I only read them after recommending scorpion to five of my friends, which I now regret.
