I am very disappointed in Scorpion Legal with their undermining treatment and poor service. I asked them to resolve a simple matter of requesting a return of a poor quality Bed-set and a full Refund from a Furniture Shop (Mattress Couch Centurion), and its going for two months now and Scorpion have been taking me from pillar to post by requesting the same documents I have sent more than five times already to all of their email. By the time they confirm receiving the documents a month had already passed and they keep giving me different legal representors from Kgomotso to Musa as if they are afraid of white people. I had called several times to complain about their service and Scorpion Complaint Department keeps telling me someone will call me but to this day no one has called me to update me on my case, currently waiting on Zandile Dube to ensure my matter is attended to. I saw a no-reply email i assume is from Musa which had to contact details which was sent to the furniture shop. This was the most useless email as the shop doesn't even know who from scorpion sent it and cant even reply to it as it is a no-reply and has no contact phone numbers even. This has to be the most nonsensical email I have ever seen from a lawyer which doesn't even scare me. Musa claims that he called me on the 14th March 2022 but I never received any miscall from him/Scorpion numbers not even an email saying that I tried to call you which clearly means he is lying. If by the end of this week I dont get a real lawyer to represent me not a wanna be lawyer I will cancel my contract with Scorpion Legal and seek another legal representative as it seems like I can do a better job by myself. I have waited for almost two months now with no professional legal work done by Scorpion Legal. If I dont get a real email with contact details sent to the furniture shop and have my lawyer call me today I will know I am wasting my time with Scorpion Legal and I will continue to advice people not to signup with them.
