Scorpion Legal doesn't take us seriously
I had a labour matter which I wanted scorpion to handle. The first 'labour specialist' from a certain Law firm was appointed she was clueless and I asked on the best options on how to handle my case but I came out without answers and confused more than the time I went in. Another law firm was appointed but when I got to the ccma a person who didnt know or had not discussed my case came to 'assist'. I had to brief her on my case quickly before going in. Long story short, the appointed attorneys dont seem to be helpful in helping you win your case she was more negative than positive. Sadly as a client you want them to use the information you have to help you win but the person already comes with the attitude that makes you doubt if they are there to help. If i was properly advised or given pros and cons on my issue I would have made better decisions. I have lost trust in Scorpion and the attorneys they appoint to assist. I have two other people who dealt with the same attorneys and we all feel they don't have our best interest or take cases seriously.
