Scorpion Legal does not respect its clients.

I'm not happy with Scorpion Legal, they are not taking my concerns seriously. I reported a matter in June 2025, I submitted the proof required to ensure my issue is addressed. However, to date there is no progress. The last update was when I was told they will activate their attorneys to attend to my concerns, furthermore, I was told they can't get hold of their attorneys. This is very disappointing considering that payments are deducted on a daily basis. But when we need help we have to struggle.
