Scorpion legal bad service

Hi , I'd like to state the poor service I've received from Scorpion legal , once you log a case on whatsapp they take days to call you back which means you have to load your own airtime to call and follow up what's going on , I have an active case and there has been no communication and feedback what so ever . If you cannot provide the services I'm paying for kindly cancel my policy and reimburse all the payments I have made ! Shocking
