SCORPION LEFT ME HANGING
<p>I am a client of this company and i have never missed a payment for them to give me this kind of service. there i was ready to go to court, only to find out there was no lawyer there to represent me on this very important matter after i had called scorpion to call the lawyer and inform them of the date. when i realised that there was no one there to represend me, i then call scorpion call centre where i speak to this woman called Boitumelo who i had to give her my ID number about 5 times.i didnt even comprehend the seriousness of the situation or care that the preceeding where starting in any minute and that i had no legal representative. and it seems that it is a norm at scorpion call centre to not bother with clients.maybe they have too many clients. i am really unhappy with the lack of respect or ethic in the call centre agent at scorpion, they just keep transfering for no reason or tact.i think its time to move to LegalWise</p>
