Scorpion Law Durban branch not on par!!!

Previously posted about poor and lengthy process followed by Scorpion Legal Protection Durban branch wrt my issue I had. Its been to date 6 months and no results. Ive received calls from different people apparently handling my case but no results or no feedback. I had to personally send my issue to the ombudsman for review would like to know what service I am actually paying for from there Durban branch because they haven't been any help to date.
