Scorpion is failing miserably when it comes to Customer Expirience

Isn’t it a shame? for such a Big Company to operate as a nameless, faceless cartel with zero regard to customer expirience. Some things are quite basic .There’s something called feedback, customer interaction, trust, honesty and valuing your clients. That sounds like rocket science to a company like Scorpion.

Last month on the 16th of November, I submitted a claim and attached all the required docs. Some lady from Durban came back, acknowldged reciept and requested a couple of more docs which I also sent. That was the last time I heard from them.

Then two days ago, on Tuesday, the 6th of Nov I sent them an email requesting feedback. Some lady, whose competency I found rather wanting called me . To be honest , whatever she told me didn’t make any sense at all as she still didn’t give me any feedback.

I’m aware that Scorpion took the matter to the SMALL CLAIMS COURT but why is it so difficult to give me feedback? Why? To make matters worse, the email that I sent has been read by 3 people already, David Mohlubuli, Precious Nkosi and Seipati Nkopane but none of them have bothered to make a follow up on my behalf.

I deeply regret joining Scorpion. It’s even the second time now that they let me down. And to be honest there’s not even much they did, any indivual can go to a SMALL CLAIMS COURT to open a case. This is truly a circus, all I needed is a simple feedback. But is that really asking for too much?No it isn’t unless you have blatant diregard for customer service. If you don’t treat customers well they’ll simply switch allegiance to the competition and word of mouth is very powerful.we do talk about our bad expiriences for sure.
