Scorpion is a ****😡

Hi, this is very sad as I pay monthly premium to Scorpion without fail, even when m unemployed but I always make sure I pay my premium. I have a case at CCMA which I asked Scorpion to represent me they appoint a candidate attorney who did not know what she was doing, I ended up excusing her so that the case will continue as she did not apply to be my representative, that was the first red flag. Secondly when I asked for some information regarding my case, she told me my mandate was terminated. I waited Scorpion to tell me whats going on, how did the case go, no one called. I sent an email complaining about poor service they were giving me, up until today no reply. My case is in 2 weeks time, I dont have a lawyer on my side, but I’ve been a member over a decade now and this is my first case with Scorpion. I am highly dissappointed with Scorpion. Kindly refer me to better legal protection, who values their clients and fight for them.
