Scorpion is a ****
<p>I opened a case with scorpion for unfair labour practise against the company I am currentlyworking for. Scorpion representatives initially refused to even take on the matter and their reasons were that the case is not winable. I have all email commucation to suggest that I have a case and made it clear that I will not give up easy before my case goes to both the CCMA and the labour court. </p> <p> </p> <p>It was then that Scorpion selected Adams and May attorneys to work on my case. I only met with them once on the 24 of January. They called me once to say I have a case but they need to read up on labour law and will come back to me before the end of February and they never did. One thing I hate the most about Scorpion is that they dont really care about me or my case, they opnly care about saving costs. They told me they dont think my case is winable only because they didnt want to pay lawyers to take on my case. When they evetually referred my case to a law firm, they went with the cheapest, understuffed law firm they could find and I am so dissapointed at scorpion considering that I have been a member for almost 10 years now if not more.</p>
