SCORPION HAS BEEN UNRELIABLE AND UNREACHABLE !!!!

i have a serious issue with my landlord an am being harassed by her family ,friends and even the police are not of any help, i have been trying to contact a lawyer or get someone to call me back since last week,and this matter is slowly escalating , i have been promised by the admin who answer calls that someone will get back to me , what am i paying for if i am not getting the help i need , the call center number does not exist and this is the issue i am faced with repeatedly on a daily basis , i am about to be put on the street and i have a legal cover that is not helping me at all, when i called the boksburg or roodepoort branch i am told they are all busy , i have left numerous messages online and even sent texts for a callback , but nothing till now , whats the point of this cover if its not available when i need it ??????????????????
