Scorpion gave me a Lawyer who is negligent with my unfair dismissal case

Scorpion dissapointed me l was unfairly dismissed by ex employer and the lawyer whom was appointed by Scorpion legal protection to represent me in my case is very negligent with my case when l was supposed to have been re instated or compensated. I have laid a complaint before to Scorpion that l want the Lawyer off my case and they never removed this Lawyer .
