Scorpion failed me as GBV victim

Never been disappointed like this ,as a victim of GBV i was told that they won't be able to assist me as that person does not have a permanent home ,probably they are waiting for him to kill to act .called my case handler several time without success,they advised thay they will arrange a call back and they never call .I regret paying this for so long
