Scorpion Case:***[Please Proceed]

After a frustrating start to my labour case referred to Scorpion Legal Protection towards the end of April, I had to forgive and forget that last week.

This Hellopeter assisted me in posting a complaint directed to Scorpion and the turnaround time was amazing. First of all Mr N. Mkhari phoned me and promised that Leslie Govendor would get back to myself in few minutes and that happened quicker than I expected.

Leslie opened the case with Reference number:*** and all was required from my side was to email the requested documents in order to process that case

Next up was Mashlenee Pillay who is the Regional Manager at the Durban centre who apologized for the inconvenience caused. I accepted the apology from her and promised to email the requested documents on Friday, 8th May.

On Friday morning, Mashlenee Pillay phoned me to inform myself that she had not received my email and I arranged to do so in the afternoon

Around 5:00 pm on Friday, I emailed the required documents from a local internet cafe in Franschhoek. On Saturday, 9th May I phoned the ***number and one of the call centre agents confirmed the email was indeed received by Scorpion Legal Protection

Today, through Scorpion LiveChat I have again spoken to the Agent by the name of Sthe about the same matter and after giving her my Scorpion case number she confirmed that those documents were received by Scorpion and I should be contacted in due course

I would be very glad if both Leslie Govendor and Mashlenee Pillay have my Scorpion file as they have been waiting for the said documents in order to process the Labour case
