Scorpion attorneys CCMA case sabotaging
Apparently I have had a unfair dismissal case which was referred to Scorpion attorneys but the the attorney had been dishonest and not referred my case to CCMA on time and all I would here from him when I had called would be that the matter was referred until I had enquired more leading to him saying the matter had actually not been referred to CCMA. Now the 30 days period has elapsed and my case has to go through the condonation process delaying everything due to the dishonest and sabotaging antics from the Scorpion attorneys. I felt so disappointed and angry at the way the matter is being handled now and I have decided to solve the CCMA matter by myself.
