Rude telephone service

How rude can a consultant be? I call to talk about an issue that I need assistance with and the rude person just dropped the call in my ear. When I try to call again she does not pick up instead she drops the call. The lady uses extension (5008). What’s the point of paying R97 every month if this is the service I’m receiving???
