Repudiation of Claim and settlement of another

My first claim was not resolved and I was offered 50% of the value of the claim. Apparently Scorpion only covers double the amount of the claim amount. Yes, I was paid R1500 in settlement and they can proceed with legal action in the background for the rest (convenient).<br> <br> Second claim was repudiated due to my attorney leaking legal privilege information to Scorpion and secondly as I refuse to pay for a third party's negligence in misplacing the registration documents of my car bought over 2 years ago. Now I am the bad person. They keep contradicting themselves and take the oppositions' side.<br> <br> I am heading to the insurance ombudsman and motoring ombudsman for the latter case.
