relying on me for information
Scorpion like really now guys, why did I join you guys if I am the one who supposed to feed and do research for your attorneys, the attorney you guys allocated to me is relying on me to research and get information for them. What disappointed me is them telling me that they are in contact with the company and nothing is materialising. If I knew that it's going to take 12 months for this to be resolved, I would have joined a union maybe I would have had results. In the consultation that was set they claimed that the company is untouchable wen it's under business rescue but they don't know the business practitioner who they supposed to be in contact with. Like really how do u sue someone and expect that person to be open and honest with you?<br> <br> Scorpion how do we move forward now that it was verbally confirmed by one of the directors in a meet an greet meeting that we had, that the company is out of business rescue,why is your attorneys not doing their own research, have you as scorpion audited my file with the attorney and what was your findings?<br> I think I am not serviced due to my account is not up to date.<br> <br> What is labour act saying regarding this practice from my company?
We have appointed attorneys Ismail and Dhaya to act on your behalf and we are paying their fees on your behalf. We are not directly dealing with your matter. We are only paying the costs of the attorney.
It is always better to discuss matters direct with your attorney as he is dealing with the case. We have however taken note of your dissatisfaction with their work and when we contacted them on your behalf to make enquiries they were not happy with the fact that you are withholding information from them. They are not satisfied with your claims and they indicated that they want to withdraw as your attorneys.
In the meantime we are following up on the new information you provided and we will contact you soon with an update on how to proceed. It may be necessary to appoint new attorneys.
