Refund due to failure to provide services.

This is the worst service I have ever been exposed to after I have been a member of Scorpion for more than 20 years. I was arrested, they failed to come and apply bail for me after I notified them, and they also failed to appear in court, I used my funds to get a lawyer and provided "Proof of Payment" to Scorpions as they requested as part process of refund from October 2024 until to date my money is not paid.

Kindly just refund my all premiums dated from 20 years back as you failed to provide the services which is have been paying for.
