Reconsidering my relationship with Scorpion..disappointed
In November 2018 I requested assistance from Scorpion with regards to simple will and testament. They sent me some documents to fill, which i did and returned them with the required documentation. In January they notified me that I need to send the correct documentation for the house, which I did. And that was the last I've heard from them. To this end i don't know if the willis finalised or if there is any more outstanding information they need from me. I made numerous follow up via email and their online chat, to no avail. I'm even in the process of requesting assistance from elsewhere as Scorpion seem to be failing in this regard despite me Faithfully paying my premiums. After this whole disappointment I'm thinking of canceling my membership, if they faim to help with such a simple matter i can't imagine when i need them for a serious legal matter.
