Recently I am not having good experience

Recently I am not having good experience. I am making a follow up on my case but I am not getting any feedback from scorpion. I foned I ended up exhausting all the airtme by being transferred from more than three people but without help. I went to the other app number requesting a call back nothing happened no call at Al. I went to the branch only to be told make an appointment yet it was Saturday not busy.So guys my case is two years old now and not completed
