think twice before taking Scorpion Legal policies rather give Clientele second opinion. On the 07/07/2025 i went to Pretoria CBD steyn branch ,i was turned away saying i must set an appointmentr first while the call centre told me i dont have to set an appointment. i submitted my tax document seeking assistance on my tax matters on this company ,i was told at thew branch that my documents will be scanned to tax office,i kept following up through scorepion portal i only get automated response no one calls,thats scorpion for you.they only call you when you take a new policy after that you are on your own.they dumb you like a trash while deducting monthly premium,today is 11/08/2025 dololo no call no correspondence no sms

i was told on my previous tax case that "im not the only client they are assisting" this were the words from their tax consultant.arrogant to the core
