Rather go to clientel, trust me

I am very disappointed in the services I'm receiving from scorpion legal. I signed with them on 03 April 2017 as a primium or platinum whatever it is but theyou claim I signed on the 12 April i am supposed to be a high value client but trust me there is no such. It took scorpion over 30 days to capture my info on their systems which is not my fault be honest, they failed to debit order from my account within the 1st month on me signing up. All along I have been under the impression that everything is in order. I then opened a case with scorpion legal for my constructive dismissal which had resigned on 25 June 2017. Way pass the 30 day policy after payment. Anyways they agreed to work on my case. The was no communication from them all this time. On the 7th of September I got a call from a lady saying she was a manager. She told me my policy was rejected because I didn't qualify which I didn't understand. I explained to her that I signed up in April and that I should quality. She told that she was going to check or investigate and call me back which she did not. I thought she found the mess up scorpion did. Now scorpion has deserted me in the middle of my case saying my policy was rejected by scorpion. What nerve scorpion has. They need to train their employees on customer service. No one seems to know what they are doing. Why are black people still treated like this in South Africa even if they pay for the services. Now they running around looking for answers. Pathetic. So much for premium client. I will be taken this matter to The LSSA. It's is totally unacceptable.
