Query closed without resolution or contact

I signed up for a policy but unable to access my online profile. My email query was just closed without any resolution, i messaged on facebook and got a call back and they said it will be sorted in 10 min, it wasnt. If something as simple as giving me access to my online profile is an issue, what will happen when I am in an emergency and need you guys?
