PROVIDENT FUND DISASTER
I have been a member with Scorpion legal for approximately 2 years, they never once failed to debit my account for their premium but they always forget to get back to me. The adverti*****t is misleading on how they will help you with a lawyer for legal matters, firstly this is my first time ever trying to use scorpion legal when I resigned from my workplace. The company I worked for refuses to give me my provident fund money that is due to me. I contacted Scorpion legal in February and to date not once have they helped me, take note they are still taking their premiums but no service so I am basically donating money to Scorpion legal. I cannot get my provident fund and they have mislead me saying they able to fight cases in this regard. I call daily and I honestly do, they ask for my personal details and say the system is taking long to load can we call you back and never to call. I go online and request a call back, they are prompt in that regard and call almost immediately, then they ask your personal details to be verified and say they will get back to you and never do. They once sent me an email of which they cc'd my ex boss merely stating when will i recieve my provident fund that is obviously something I tried before. My ex boss read the email and ignored. This company has done this to all their staff deducted monies from staff and never released it and Old Mutual says there is nothing that they can do. So legally what must I do because scorpion "legal" clearly cannot assist.
