Property matter

I bought apartment/unit at one of complex in kempton park(Gauteng) and the managing agency were over charging me on water and other levies so I went to them first and my complaint fell into deaf's ears.i then went to scorpion and reported the matter.within few day a dedicated lady by the name Ronisha contacted me and informed me that she is handling my matter and promised that she will deal with managing agency and few weeks later I got email and letters from managing agency that they are attending to my complain after scorpion gave them a strike.Ronisha was updating every time she had conversation with them until they resolved my matter. My bills problems has been resolved because of SCORPION. I am happy with the service I got from scorpion and Ronisha. Now I am stress free and no longer paying that excessive amount.
