Promised & Deceived....
<p>Around the 29th March 2017 I submitted all requested documents including Affidavits, invoices etc as I was so confident that I have a STING that will strike to defend my legal rights. Was I wrong with that notion as these people are from the same STABLE as LEZA and they all lie about not being part of LEZA as I once suffered bad experience from them many years ago and vowed to never do business with them ever again. Now, I am caught again by the class and style of professionalism and ethics.</p> <p>I would like the PUBLIC out there to be careful about how you treat your customers and that instead of them feeling protected they should know that they are truly exposed by your imcompetence in this regard. I have truly LOST faith you your product, your people, your respresentatives including your so called Mickey Mouse Attorneys. SHAME on you for taking peoples contributions under fails pretences.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am tired of being ripoff by companies of your Caliber!</p>

Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attention.
We confirm that Ms Liz Nair and Ms Kirthi Maharaj of our Legal Department have been in contact with you regarding this complaint and that they have discussed this with you in full detail.
We confirm having advised you that:
1) The matter you reported to us is not covered by your policy since the vehicle is respect of which you wish to claim is not yours but belongs to a company which is not covered by this policy. We will therefore not give you a lawyer to take this matter to court on your behalf as you do not have legal standing in the matter.
2) However, our in-house legal advisors are continuing to engage with the Defendant on your behalf in order to seek an amicable solution.
3) Should these efforts not bear positive outcome, we have advised you that the registered owner of the vehicle, Elethu Electronics Components CC, may proceed and hire a private attorney to take the matter to court on its behalf.
