premium payer but not a client

Advice on existing cases like they promised (yes not to represent you in court but advice)? --- No they don't do that

I have 2 cases on their shelves and they have not gotten back to me, two weeks back I tried calling them multiple times and our line kept breaking. They said they had a system issue and that's why calls were about a few minutes long, this line has long waiting periods again.
